I love working with great people who want to work on getting even better. My experience as a former international sportsman and executive coach has helped me, help people like you, to understand great performance and how you are going to achieve that, as defined by you.
Organisations and individuals ask me to help them with executive coaching and when they want to help their managers become great coaches, as part of their leadership and management style or when the organisation is driving towards building a coaching culture. My Masters degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University helps ground the work I do in evidence and research.
My written work includes published research and guest articles for Microsoft’s business advice blog. My coaching advice is also used on an in-house basis for a global pharmaceutical company and a London-based global bank. This is now a paid-for service I can offer a limited number of organisations each year.
I’m sure we’d have some laughs, get to grips with some genuinely gnarly stuff (I love that word “gnarly”) and you’ll make progress wherever you want to.
All the best
