Over the past 10 years, I have worked as an executive coach and developed the coaching skills of hundreds of managers and leaders across many global brands. The results have ranged from improved turnover, greater efficiency, improved work-life balance, key promotions and in one case, increased sales of over £5 million, following coaching around redesigning a whole team structure.

Here’s how it works

Executive coaching: I would be very happy to work with you or your organisation as your executive coach. Typically this would consist of 4-6 sessions of about 2hrs each. Much of my work is based in London, UK, and is usually completed face-to-face. However, with the huge improvements in technology I am working with clients increasingly through such media as Skype, which is proving both highly effective and cost-efficient too.

If your organisation wants to move towards a developing a coaching culture across the leadership and management layers, then the experience I have of designing coaching programmes for large corporations, may prove the answer you are looking for.

Why would you invest your hard earned income with me?

Good question. The answer is that the benefits that will accrue will far outweigh any investment.

Ok, but, how do I know that?

Because I have measured the work that I do and the results always outweigh the investment. Working with a large London-based financial institution the clients I was coaching produced over 300% on all the costs associated with the programme. In 2012 I worked with a client in a large UK retailer who facilitated one change by using his newly learned coaching-style and produced a technical change worth over £100,000 of process-improvement which will be returned year-on-year.
